Refund Policy

At Tradezona, we stand behind the quality of our product. This policy outlines when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect after your request is submitted. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature — no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to explore the platform fully during your trial period before subscribing. Because we offer a free trial, we do not provide refunds solely on the basis of "I didn't try it before paying."

Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge.
  • A technical error on our end caused you to be charged incorrectly or charged more than once.
  • A billing system error resulted in a charge after you had cancelled your subscription.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Partial months or unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
  • Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the charge date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside your account. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier. No data is deleted upon cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@tradezona.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:

  • The email address associated with your Tradezona account.
  • The date of the charge you are disputing.
  • A brief reason for your request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is under review.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
