Terms of Service

Welcome to Tradezona. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Tradezona platform, including our website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Tradezona ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By accessing or using Tradezona, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• You understand that trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss

Tradezona is a trading journal and analytics platform that provides:

• Trade logging, tracking, and journal management
• AI-powered coaching reviews and psychological pattern detection
• Performance analytics and reporting
• Prop firm challenge tracking
• Strategy playbook management
• Market intelligence and news aggregation
• Community features for connecting with other traders
• Position sizing calculator and pre-trade tools

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A secure password, or sign in using Google OAuth
• Completing the onboarding process

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@tradezona.com

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain password security.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or bans is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

4.1 Free Trial

New users may access a free trial period as described during signup. No credit card is required during the trial.

4.2 Paid Subscription

After the trial, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may change with appropriate notice.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings, then Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

4.5 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact us at support@tradezona.com within 14 days of your first charge to request a refund. After this period, all payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Tradezona for:

• Logging and analyzing your own trading activity
• Participating in community discussions
• Sharing your trading insights with friends
• Learning about trading psychology and performance

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to provide financial advice to others for compensation
• Share false, misleading, or fabricated trade data
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Spam or flood community rooms with repetitive messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated bots or scrapers to extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Share access to your account with other people
• Create accounts for the purpose of manipulating community features
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights

5.3 Community Standards

In public rooms and direct messages, you must:

• Be respectful and professional toward other traders
• Not share unverified or fabricated performance claims
• Not promote external products, services, or competing platforms
• Not discuss or facilitate illegal trading activities
• Not share copyrighted material without permission

Violation of these standards may result in message removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban at our discretion.

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, features, and original content, is owned by Tradezona and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Tradezona, including your trade data, notes, screenshots, and community posts. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas through the Ideas feature or any other channel, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

6.4 AI-Generated Content

Coaching reviews, pattern insights, and other AI-generated content produced by the Service are provided for your personal use only. This content is a product of the Service, generated using your data, and is subject to these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Anthropic Claude — AI coaching and performance analysis
• Alpha Vantage — market data and news feeds
• TradingView — charting widgets and price data
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Railway — hosting and deployment

Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and take full responsibility for all trading decisions you make.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.1 Challenge Tracking

Our prop firm challenge tracking features are tools to help you monitor your progress against your firm's rules. We are not affiliated with FTMO, Topstep, or any other prop trading firm referenced in the Service.

10.2 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our drawdown and rule-tracking calculations, we do not guarantee that they match your prop firm's official calculations. Always verify your actual account status directly with your prop firm.

10.3 No Liability

We are not liable for any trading losses, failed challenges, or rule violations, regardless of whether you used our tracking features.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you depending on where you are located.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradezona, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, any content you submit to the Service, or any trading decisions you make using information from the Service.

13.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

13.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• Create legal or security risk for Tradezona or other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees after a reasonable grace period

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tradezona is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@tradezona.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court where applicable.

Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Tradezona.

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will:

• Email you at least 30 days before changes take effect
• Display a notice within the app
• Update the Last Updated date at the top of this page

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
